Refund & Exchange Policy
At Rusty Rigs and Rod Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We do not accept returns, but we gladly offer exchanges or replacements for defective or damaged items.
Eligibility To be eligible for an exchange, items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect as received.
How to Request an Exchange Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at frank@rustyrigsandrodshop.com or call 803-309-2110. Please include your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item.
Return Shipping For verified defective or damaged items, Rusty Rigs and Rod Shop will cover the cost of return shipping. Items that are not defective are not eligible for exchange or return.
Refunds We do not issue monetary refunds. Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same item or a comparable product at no additional cost.
